Please tag the following packages, as they close the tetex F12 Blocker bug (bz 488091, many dupes)

texlive-texmf-2007-32.fc12 : It now Provides/Obsoletes tetex-prosper, tetex-bytefield, doesn't conflict with tetex-perltex anymore

tetex-perltex-1.9-1.fc12 : This desperately needed updating, had many bugfixes (especially the version that used to be embedded in texlive-texmf)
