This release brings fixes to PPC architectures, notably invalid code generation. Affected applications will need recompilation, I'll file separate tickets for that. But first we need to get this updated version in koji buildroot. As long as F12 is the last release with official PowerPC support, it would be nice to have working compiler on the CD.

Tested on 32-bit PPC iBook G4 in F12 and PPC64 running F11 (recompiled manually from CVS).
