These hopefully bring the series of tooltip changes to an end.
New in this gtk2 build: - only do new-style rounded, translucent tooltips if the theme asks for it - better tooltip positioning
New in this gtk2-engines build: - Make Clearlooks request new-style tooltips
The positioning changes have been tested by Jon McCann and me, the tooltip style
Installed, still works. +1 Although a later gtk2 is requested, so I tested with that later one.
