This update fixes a bug where the UI ignores the locale settings and
turns into english. It's basically the same bug that we had in
Terminal-0.4.2 and uses same fix that has proven to work in the Terminal
update that was already tagged last week. For more info, see

The package was well tested by several people, the F-11 update has a
karma of +2. Additionally I have included all updated translations from
upstream's transifex because we want to have this in the Xfce spin and
it should make a good impression.
