• Use correct cached user values with SQLNegativeCache on (http://bugs.proftpd.org/3282)
• Fix slower transfers of multiple small files (http://bugs.proftpd.org/3284)
• Support MaxTransfersPerHost, MaxTransfersPerUser properly (http://bugs.proftpd.org/3287)
• Handle symlinks to directories with trailing slashes properly (http://bugs.proftpd.org/3297)

The existing F-12 proftpd package includes the upstream patch for http://bugs.proftpd.org/3221 but none of the other issues.

I am using builds from this SRPM on F-11 and EL-5 in production.
