This build fixes incompatibilities with older templates that
was introduced between Cheetah 2.0.x and 2.2.2. It could be released
as a 0-day update, but it would be nice to include in F-12 GA if
possible. The impact of not shipping is that people using older
versions of python-cheetah may find that their templates break on
upgrading to F-12. The change consists of a patch from upstream
applied to the 2.2.2 sources. There are no changes to file layout,
Provides, or Requires, so the risk of breaking composes is minimal.
Testing of the changes has been performed by the upstream community,
and the patch includes a unit test that is run at build time to
verify the test case was fixed.
