This build changes to way the notification-area-applet positions status icons to make 'standard' status icons always take the same place.

Installed, rebooted, logged in with a new user. Things look pretty normal. +1
One issue noted is with the user switch in the top right, that now clashes a bit with the hot area that's there in compiz.
I don't think that is a big concern. Previously it was clashing with the clock, which is also clickable...

this build also made possibly unexpected changes to default behaviour that were not mentioned in the tag request: namely removing the Show Desktop button from the panel and reducing the number of workspaces present by default from 4 to 2.
Some concern was raised in the forums that this kind of behaviour change to the default desktop should not be introduced post-beta.
