Change the inheritance of 'dist-rawhide' from 'f10-alpha' to 'dist-f10'. This will allow rawhide to pull in Fedora 10 content. Make sure to alert fedora-devel-announce.
This should be done once F10 Alpha is being staged for mirrors and considered unchanging.
We don't actually freeze rawhide for Alpha, it's non-blocking freeze.
