bug #520512 is a security issue with dnsmasq's tftp server which has been open for over a month now

We have been unable to contact the maintainer, so I went ahead and built the fix

This isn't a particularly serious issue since dnsmasq drops root privileges and the tftp server feature probably doesn't have a huge amount of users, but it would still be good to have fixed in Beta

I will start the non-responsive maintainer process
