A description of what you want to change: A new upstream release that adds lots of translations, removes dependency on bundled libcryptsetup (https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/175 ) and adds a few new features.

Rationale for why the change is important enough to be allowed in after the final freeze: Publishes the results of hard work of our translators, removes an ugly package bundling.

Impact of not accepting the development at this point of the schedule: Translations not shipped, two copies of libcryptsetup in the release.

Information on what testing you've already done on the development to help reduce the risk: All features re-tested (both using volume_key(8) and the Python bindings). Automated test suite used to verify some changes in the code. I have tested this release much more rigorously than I would test any other release, and even if the package were buggy, I don't expect any material impact on the distribution as a whole (it's not a part of the boot process or necessary to bring up the desktop, for example.)
