The only thing I can think of is that the newRepo task hadn't completed when you started your build. It's complete now, and a build should get the latest rubygem-actionpack RPM.

Ah, OK, that part does work now. The following however is required for rubygem-actionpack-2.3.3 as well, rubygem-activesupport-2.3.3-1.fc11[[BR]][[BR]]
