Fixes a few cases of X not starting on multi-GPU laptops.

This is probably critical path as well, and deserves another closer look. Again I don't have a rawhide box to test with just yet.
As being a direct dependency of xorg-x11-server, yes, it's critical path.
I just tested this on a single GPU radeon box, and it didn't seem to cause any problems, so +1 from a critical-path POV.
