The latter is a fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/515547

virt is basically broken without the fix for this regression

Tested by me, works fine

This is a critical path package, so we'll need to get an extra set of eyes/testing on this. I don't have a rawhide install yet that I can test this with.
