kde-plasma-weather is obsoleted by kdeplasma-addons-4.2.85-2.fc12 in F12, so it can be removed from F12.
(Note that it is NOT obsolete in F11 or lower at this point. 4.2.85 is 4.3 Beta 1, it is only in the F12 devel branch.)
