libnet-1.1.3-1.fc11 should be tagged into dist-f11: That build enabled the shared library of libnet and removes the static library. It also contains long time missing fixes for old issues because of dead upstream. As dynamic libraries always should be preferred, I would like to see that package tagged into dist-f11 for final.

Currently, there are packages statically linking against libnet, but that doesn't matter so far, as nothing can break. Code between libnet-1.1.2.1-13.fc11 hasn't really changed, just bugfixes by the new upstream and the shared library rather the static one (Debian-related upstream).

If the package doesn't get tagged into dist-f11, we'll just increase the zero-day updates for Fedora 11 unnecessary.
