I recently updated comps to use plymouth-system-plugin (and updated spinfinity to provide plymouth(system-plugin) by default).

I wasn't going to do a build/tag request until I got the F11 theme in. I think it's probably a good idea to get this tagged now (and tag again later if needed) for a few reasons:

1) It's not clear whether we'll want to push a new theme before GA anyway
2) Right now we're getting text plugin on live images. That's probably because this isn't tagged.
