I want to tag scribus-1.3.5-0.12.beta.fc11 for final F11. It is something nearing a release after few years, so I would like to see a beta in the F11 media rather than a SVN snapshot. I did some basic testing and it works.

Ehhh, I'm not sure this merits a freeze break. Any specific bugfixes?
