I'd like to request that deltarpm-3.4-16.fc11 be tagged as dist-f11.

1. deltarpm-3.4-16.fc11
2. drpmsync has been split into a separate subpackage so deltarpm doesn't bring in a perl dependency (See [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=489231])
3. OLPC has requested that this be tagged into F11 (see [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=489231#c3 comment #3])
4. OLPC says that they can then add packagekit back into OLPC Gnome
5. I've tested that an upgrade from deltarpm-3.4-15.fc11 to deltarpm-3.4-16.fc11 doesn't have any negative side effects. The only side effect that might be a problem is if someone was using drpmsync (they would have to install drpmsync separately from deltarpm), but I don't think anyone inside of Fedora is actually using it (I think it's pretty specific to SUSE).
