The shed-1.15-1 needed to have both its makefile.in and configure scripts patched in order to produce proper content in the debuginfo rpm. It was building without sources, this issue has been fixed and I have test to verify that the sources are now included in the package. I am requesting shed-1.15-3 be allowed in for the preview release.
