I swear, I searched for an R-Matrix package before doing the R 2.9.0 build, and it didn't find one. I must have typoed it. Anyways, with R 2.9.0, they merged in the Matrix module into core, which causes a conflict with R and R-Matrix. Since 2.9.0 is going out as an update for all active Fedora branches, I've retired R-Matrix. So, I need the following actions taken:
(R-2.9.0-2 properly Provides and Obsoletes R-Matrix for F-9, F-10, F-11, rawhide, so I don't think you need to block it, unless that is the proper action...)
Also, this is my +1 for this action, with my rel-eng hat on.

Or, doesn't this make R-Matrix essentially EOL'd, should use block-pkg instead?
