Please tag sabayon-2.25.0-3.fc11 for final F11 release.
Current Sabayon version in Fedora doesn't save most changes done to the profile, or after a long delay (gconf sync). This update brings some basic functionality back, though it's not still 100% working (and probably never be in the current release cycle).
