#153 Turn off F7 buildroots

Since F7 is EOL we can turn off the buildroots and the repo creation, etc...

targets dist-fc7 and dist-fc7-updates-candidate have been removed. No repodata will be generated for these anymore and build attempts to these targets will fail.
