libvirt-0.6.2-2.fc11 fixes a problem whereby we were using the wrong qemu command line syntax to specify the image file format.

Without the fix, you cannot specify a format for a disk image. It is considered a security flaw not to explicitly specify the format. See e.g.

The fix is a simple one-liner, already committed upstream.
