The rebuild was necessary because during troubleshooting [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=496037 bug 496037] I realized that a dep on gstreamer-python is missing. If gstreamer-python is not installed, gnome-applet-timer will crash.

I do not expect to introduce new bugs since this just a rebuild of a package that has been around since Feb 27th without any problems.

If the build does not get tagged, there is no clean upgrade path, because I had to rebuild the package also for F-10 in order to fix bug 496037.
