It wasn't accepted before, but I just marked it as such. Should be OK to go into the compose.
Compose is done and available from https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/25/Fedora-25-20161115.0/compose/ it has been synced to http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/25_RC-1.3/ rpms have all be hardlinked to /pub/fedora/linux/development/25/
