FYI, we are planning to introduce Ruby 3.5 into Fedora: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Ruby_3.5
The rebuild will be done in side-tag after Christmas. Since the infrastructure allows to manage side-tags ourselves, I think releng help won't be needed. Of course we will try to avoid collision with mass rebuild and sync if needed.
