Upstream reconsidered not building gfal2 (of which CGSI-gSOAP is a dependency) in EPEL 10. The package remains retired in rawhide though.

The build for epel10.0 worked fine.
Building for epel10 fails: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=138384749 BuildError: package CGSI-gSOAP is blocked for tag epel10.2-testing-candidate
Strangely, the epel10.1 build also failed, even though this was a new branch that I requested today: This branch did not exist before and therefore was never retired either. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=138384733 BuildError: package CGSI-gSOAP is blocked for tag epel10.1-testing-candidate
