Currently koschei builds and logs are garbage collected after 1 day.
The builds are fine to remove then, but it would be nice to keep the logs around for longer. Say a week?
They are small.
People often want to go look at what failed when the builds fail and fix it.
If we don't have logs around, they will just do a new scratch build, which will waste time.
We will change the retention to a week

change is deployed, we will keep the rpms for 1 day and the rest of the contents on the koschei builds for 7 days
