Describe the issue
tomcat-10.1.36-9.fc43 was tagged in via the mass rebuild, but it cannot go alone. It is part of https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-634fec6b6c and needs to go with all the other builds from that update, but that update was gated due to test failures. Tagging just a tomcat 10 build without any of the other things that need to be built against it will break FreeIPA and probably other things.
