It seems the package was pushed through bodhi: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2025-a26fca03a4
But the package isn't in the repo: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/10/Everything/x86_64/Packages/l/
It's blocking exim EPEL-10: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2333842
Because the build (https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/9330/134329330/root.log) is failing with:
No matching package to install: 'libopendmarc-devel'
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) No preference
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? No exim package in EPEL-10.
opendmarc-tools was not installable for a long time, so I untagged the build to drop it from the repos. The dependency issue has now been resolved with the addition of perl-Switch, and a new update of opendmarc is in the testing repo. You can either wait for that update to go to stable or create a buildroot override to make libopendmarc-devel available for your build.
Thanks for the info, no problem, it can wait for stable.
