This build is segfaulting a lot of koschei runs on ppc64le, and I'm not confident that it will even work to properly bootstrap a new rust build (once we figure out the issue at all). I think it's better to just untag it, so we go back to rust-1.86 in rawhide for now.

Once we figure out a fix, but since Rust is bootstrapped, I think we need to start from an older build either way.
