The new repo rpms/rust-postcard ended up partially initialized when an error 500 occurred in https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/76159. Now https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-postcard exists, but is still owned by releng-bot. Please take whatever manual steps are necessary to complete repository initialization. Thank you!
