I've been hitting intermittent build failures on i686 in the past few days, with builds failing to find ld to to alternatives failing to set up the link for it:
ld
alternatives
DEBUG util.py:459: >>> Running post-install scriptlet: binutils-0:2.44-3.fc43.i686 DEBUG util.py:459: >>> Finished post-install scriptlet: binutils-0:2.44-3.fc43.i686 DEBUG util.py:459: >>> Scriptlet output: DEBUG util.py:459: >>> altdir /etc/alternatives invalid
This was on buildvm-x86-05.iad2.fedoraproject.org.
buildvm-x86-05.iad2.fedoraproject.org
Another one:
DEBUG util.py:459: >>> Running post-install scriptlet: p11-kit-trust-0:0.25.5-3.fc41.i686 DEBUG util.py:459: >>> Non-critical error in post-install scriptlet: p11-kit-trust-0:0.25.5-3.fc41. DEBUG util.py:459: >>> Scriptlet output: DEBUG util.py:459: >>> altdir /etc/alternatives invalid
On buildvm-x86-05.iad2.fedoraproject.org too.
Not urgent, but soon.
When i686 is no longer a supported architecture 🙃
Random build failures on i686 if they hit an affected builder.
Possibly affecting a virt-what build on i686: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2710279
I've disabled all the x86 builders that are near the limit.
Will reinstall them later today when they finish their current builds.

I have reinstalled all those builders.
There are some at 3.5G or so, but hopefully we will be moving to the new datacenter before those are a problem...
