Could rubberband-1.2-1.fc9 be pushed into the overrides collection for F9? I accidentally pushed an update for vamp-plugin-sdk, which rubberband depends on, for F-9 as well as F-10; this breaks rubberband and sonic-visualiser.

Since only sonic-visualiser and sooperlooper depend on rubberband, this seems like a good time to update rubberband to the same version as F-10 (1.0 -> 1.2), and update sonic-visualiser (1.2 -> 1.3) as well. sooperlooper's version only differs slightly (1.6.2 -> 1.6.6) so the F-10 version can be rebuild for F-9 as well.
