There were some issues we found in sync script at the time of fedora 41 release; There were some action items from the release day that

• aarch64 images was missing
• /pub/fedora/linux/releases/41/Labs/aarch64
  and /pub/fedora/linux/releases/41/Spins/aarch64 were missing
  Okay so the above was not missing, but were in fedora-secondary but it should be in primary
