Unfortuntately the Live iso name is inconsistent:
Fedora-MiracleWM-Live-41-1.4.x86_64.iso
All other Spins (except Fedora-KDE-Mobile-Live) are named:
Fedora-<NAME>-Live-x86_64-41-1.4.iso
This is intentional. The naming convention is changing to NVRA format for all kiwi-built artifacts.
I think we can close this now, since all the work here seems to be done, in case of any queries please feel free to reopen this!
