I'm pushing an chain update for vala-plugin-sdk, rubberband and sonic-visualiser, each successively depending on the previous ones.
Rawhide has been updated, however, building it on F9 and F10 requires a buildroot override. Could vala-plugin-sdk be whitelisted right now, and the new rubberband as soon as they hit updates-pending?

You need to build them first, I don't yet see a build of vala-plugin-sdk in either dist-f9-updates-candidate or dist-f10-updates-candidate.
It should have been there; in any case, it probably can wait until F-11 comes out; I'm pulling the vamp-plugin-sdk update and pushing a minor fix instead.
