  No builders are picking up osbuildImage jobs in staging Koji. E.g. https://koji.stg.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=120068050

This makes it impossible to test infra changes to Image Builder in the staging environment, so we need to test things in production. As you can imagine, this is not great at all, because we can easily break our infra and break composes for Fedora IoT deliverables.
