All of those were retired in f40 dist-git 2 days ago but are active in PDC and Koji. Please deactivate them and block them, and investigate why this did not happen automatically.
When do you need this? before fedora 40 beta freeze
When is this no longer needed or useful? after fedora 40 release
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? unmaintained packages available to users

They seem retired now. Not sure if somebody processed them manually or if I jumped the gun when opening this issue.
I edited this ticket. The packagers were successfully retired in rawhide, but not in f40:
python-jupyter-server-fileid f41 orphan [BLOCKED] python-jupyter-ydoc f41 orphan [BLOCKED] python-y-py f41 orphan [BLOCKED] python-ypy-websocket f41 orphan [BLOCKED] rust-lib0 f41 orphan [BLOCKED] rust-yrs f41 orphan [BLOCKED] python-jupyter-server-fileid f40 orphan python-jupyter-ydoc f40 orphan python-y-py f40 orphan python-ypy-websocket f40 orphan rust-lib0 f40 orphan rust-yrs f40 orphan
The beta freeze starts now and the packages are still not blocked from f40 Koji.
Folks, this seems to be fixed now, can you please check, and let us know if there is anything else that is left? CC: @churchyard
Looks good. Thanks.
