I pushed a build yesterday but I had thought it was rejected because of the outage. The package arm-trusted-firmware-2.10.0-5.fc40 is now tagged for f41-updates-candidate but not f40. I need the build in f40 too.

IMHO, it would be easier to just unpush that one and bump and rebuild.
Untanging that one build from bodhi in a way that would let it be a update in f40 isn't going to be at all easy.
Feel free to re-open if thats not practical for some reason.
