the 1.0.0 build was done in July and is in F39 and Rawhide stable. is there anything releng actually needs to do? what function is this ticket serving?
Based on the Fedora change template I though the ticket is required.
But if there are no problems I think there is nothing else to be done.

yeah, I think this was a 'file ticket with releng to check for any impacts' thing. ;)
The only impact I can think of is that we may need to adjust bodhi to handle older composes like epel7... but that should be doable.
