darknao found that
08:26:54 darknao | So it seems the permissions on /srv/web/pub/fedora-secondary/releases/test/38_Beta are not correct. 08:27:01 darknao | drwx------. 12 263 263 4096 Mar 10 17:11 38_Beta
I fixed that but found that older copies of fedora betas were still on servers
# pwd /pub/fedora-secondary/releases/test [root@bodhi-backend01 test][PROD-IAD2]# ls -l total 12 drwxr-xr-x. 11 ftpsync ftpsync 4096 Mar 25 2022 36_Beta drwxr-xr-x. 12 ftpsync ftpsync 4096 Sep 9 2022 37_Beta drwxr-xr-x. 12 ftpsync ftpsync 4096 Mar 10 17:11 38_Beta ls -l /pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/ total 12 drwxr-xr-x. 11 ftpsync ftpsync 4096 Mar 25 2022 36_Beta drwxr-xr-x. 11 ftpsync ftpsync 4096 Sep 9 2022 37_Beta drwxr-xr-x. 12 ftpsync ftpsync 4096 Mar 16 15:00 38_Beta
Going from past conversations this was due to something not in the releng SOPs so I decided to open a ticket to get it remembered:
beta SOP 1. remove older betas in /pub/fedora-secondary/releases/test and /pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/ 2. chmod g+rx /pub/fedora-secondary/releases/test/{release}_Beta
