Based on the ticket https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2124181 I was retiring the capstone package in EPEL9 in good will it is already available in Centos9 and RHEL9. But as a matter of fact it is not and even after that it will be missing for systems with RHEL9.1.
Thank you Michal Ambroz
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) it waited for month, is not life or dead situation.
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? If not reverted, systems with 9.1 9.0 wont get security related updates of related packages - for example https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2148791 / https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2161471
Please tag capstone-4.0.2-9.el9 back into epel9 when unretiring.
The package is now unretired and capstone-4.0.2-9.el9 is tagged into epel9
