As part of a mass rebuild, releng usually files FTBFS tickets for packages that failed to rebuild. Would it be possible for releng to file the tickets for the F38 mass rebuild please? As much as I can tell this has not yet happened.

Well, looks like newly filed FTBFS bugs are blocking bug 2117176 (F38FTBFS), but not blocks bug 2168842 (F39FTBFS, RAWHIDEFTBFS). Perhaps this is not we want?
