With mesa-23.0.0~rc3-2.fc38, neither GNOME nor KDE starts successfully, at least in a VM (both openQA and in a local manual test). Please untag it so openQA tests of other Rawhide updates and composes can pass, and Rawhide users' systems aren't broken. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2164667

After the next Rawhide compose (we cannot untag after a successful compose).
VMs running Rawhide (and probably more systems, I just haven't confirmed this on a bare metal system yet) won't be able to reach a graphical desktop.
