Describe the issue

Bodhi 7 will ad some new features to ease release process between branched and final release. The frozen release state has been added, so that the bodhi-push cronjob doesn't need to be stopped to avoid composing the stable repository for frozen releases.
Also, an EOL field will warn users about upcoming release EOL (by default, starting from 30 days before EOL).

I have set up an update of infra SOP, but I need someone to check if I understood correctly what's happening between branching and Beta. I also don't know if that is the right SOP to update (it was very outdated).

Also, it would be nice if someone could make a few tests on Bodhi staging, already updated to 7, as I'm unable to perform them because I'm not in releng group:

• updating a release state to Frozen should cause a comment to be added to all Updates about that
• running a plain bodhi-push should not trigger the stable compose for the frozen release
• running a bodhi-push --builds or bodhi-push --updates should not stop composing specific builds or updates even if the release is frozen

I think the bodhi-push tests could be performed only "visually" looking at the CLI output, as a real compose is not possible...
