The fuse2fs package was created in https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/45931 but it did not make me the maintainer. Please make dwd the maintainer of the fuse2fs package.

I won't be able to put fuse2fs in EPEL7 and won't be able to support unprivileged ext3 filesystem mounts in apptainer.
