Describe the issue When I retired smc-rachana-fonts, network went down during execution of "fedpkg retire" command. This resulted in not blocking this retired smc-rachana-fonts package.

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? old and new rit-rachana-fonts will be in fedora repo
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/smc-rachana-fonts/commits/rawhide indicates this was not pushed. If you have a local commit that retired the package, git push it. If you don't have it, run fedpkg retire again.

Now, magic should block the package within 1-2 days. If it isn't, reopen this issue or open a new one.
