The content needs to be fully staged by Nov. 20th in order to release by Nov. 25th.
Make sure top level release directory permissions are 700 during initial sync, 750 for mirror sync.
Fedora 10 content has been staged to the master mirror. There is a different ticket for torrents. Current perms are 700 as we verify the content.
The bit has been flipped for mirrors.
