N/A - Only been retired for a week.
lmdb-epel was retired from epel8 because the lmdb-devel was added to RHEL 8.6. The problem is that lmdb-epel also provided lmdb itself, and lmdb was not added to RHEL 8.6. We need to unretire lmdb-epel so we can add lmdb back to epel8.
